Diamond Cut Wheels
Diamond cut wheels offer a more high shined finish in comparison to what you would get from the more conventional painted alloy wheel. However with Diamond cut wheels comes a completely different repair process, not what you would normally get with a standard wheel. Firstly the wheel is dipped in (make/type) acid to strip away all paint & corrosion in preparation for it to be re-painted the required color. Once the wheel has been painted it is then placed into the diamond cutting machine and cut using a diamond tipped lave. Once this process has been completed the wheels are then lacquered to completely seal the wheel.
